A fully furnished apartment in Sugar House for stays of 3 weeks to 2 months, with utilities and high-speed internet included. Move in with your suitcase and start living.

We rent whole units. Traveling with coworkers, a team, or family? A 4- or 5-bedroom unit gives everyone their own bedroom while splitting the cost.
Yes. Every short-term unit is fully furnished, including a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer.
Yes. Covered parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
We do allow pets - up to 2 pets less than 50 lbs. with additional deposit and monthly fees. Assistance animals are welcome with approved documentation.
Short-term residents have full access to the fitness center, coworking and lounge spaces, secure bike storage and lockers, and controlled-access entry.
Westminster University is practically next door, and the University of Utah is a short drive or bus ride away. Downtown Salt Lake City is about 15 minutes by car and the airport about 20. Park City and the Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts are roughly 30 minutes away, and UTA bus routes and the S-Line streetcar are nearby.
Yes. All guests complete a short online application and screening before booking is confirmed.
Check-in happens at the leasing office during office hours, where you'll pick up your keys and access fob.

Student Housing
Furnished 4- and 5-bedroom apartments leased by the bed, in Sugar House next to Westminster University. You get your own bedroom, shared living space, and more independence than a dorm, without the party-dorm atmosphere.
You sign your own lease for your own bedroom and are responsible only for your share of the rent.

Our income requirement to qualify for the units is 2.5 times the base rent - if you don't qualify on your own you can always bring a guarantor.
Yes! Friends are welcome to apply together and request to be placed in the same unit. We also help make sure roommate placements are a good fit by connecting applicants with current residents before move-in. Applicants can also request roommates of the same gender.
Westminster University is practically next door. The University of Utah is a short drive or bus ride away, and UTA buses and the S-Line streetcar make it easy to reach other Salt Lake campuses.
